Move-In Procedures

We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.

What To Expect Move-in Day

Our property has two move-in days –

1. If your contract begins on 08/15/2025, the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/15/2025.

2. If your contract begins on 08/16/2025, the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/16/2025.

Please arrive at 124 S Concord Street, Knoxville, TN 37919 no earlier than 8:00 AM. When you arrive, please park the Fast Pass Station located outside of Parking Garage. Move in times for your assigned floors are listed below.

9:00 am - 10:00 am	4th Floor : 1 Beds, 3 Beds, and 4 Beds (limit of 2 hours in garage)
10:00 am - 11:00 am	3rd Floor : Studios, 2 Beds, and 5 Beds (limit of 2 hours in garage)
11:00 am - 12:00 pm	3rd Floor : 1 Beds, 3 Beds, and 4 Beds (limit of 2 hours in garage)
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm	2nd Floor : Studios, 2 Beds, and 5 Beds (limit of 2 hours in garage)
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm	2nd Floor : 1 Beds, 3 Beds, and 4 Beds (limit of 2 hours in garage)
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm	1st Floor : Studios, 2 Beds, and 5 Beds (limit of 2 hours in garage)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm	1st Floor : 1 Beds, 3 Beds, and 4 Beds (limit of 2 hours in garage)
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm	Overflow (if you cannot make your timeslot or miss your timeslot, you must move-in during this period).

To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.

1. Come down Cumberland Ave and turn right onto S Concord Street into the right lane.
2. Stop at Fast Pass Station to see if qualified and get keys.
3. If qualified for Fast-Pass, proceed into garage to pick up a parking slip. If not qualified, proceed to surface lot to park and complete any incomplete items, keys, and parking slip.
– No checks will be accepted on move-in day.
4. Proceed to parking team member and follow parking instruction.
5. Movers will assist with unloading into move-in bin and to your new home.
6. Move car out of garage (one car per resident, 2-hour time limit). This is due to amount of residents and limited parking. Nearby parking includes Tyson Park, Safety City Park, etc. NO U-HAULS, TRAILERS, or ROOFTOP CARRIERS ARE ALLOWED. Daily towing services will begin on Monday, August 18th for anyone found in a reserved parking area without the appropriate parking pass.

Fast-Pass Pre Move-In Requirements

We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!

Move-In Requirements

Monthly Installments

On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note we accept payment online through the Resident Portal, checks, cashiers checks, and E-money orders. Cash and paper money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/15/2025. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Insurance

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee or Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance. Pet Screening

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utilities

Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. Go paperless and go green! Log in to your Resident Portal to verify your email address is accurate. Providing your email address will allow you to receive a copy of your bill electronically each month. Statements sent to your email will contain a link that will automatically direct you to the Resident Portal where you can pay your bill.
